Archive history
The images were kept at the donor Jordi Bertran Gallart's house, together with the rest of his father's fonds, and they arrived by post with a letter and a small description. Each image had a description and a date on the back.
In 2012, they were digitised with the Hasselblad Flextight X5 scanner and, afterwards, they underwent digital processing and colour management. The same year, they were cleaned with a thin paintbrush and a dust blower. Subsequently, they were given code numbers, described in the Centre's general database, and relocated to permanent preservation material, with polyester sleeves and in a pH-neutral cardboard folder.
Today, the original photographs are kept in the INSPAI preservation repositories.
